Certificate of basic registration

We issue an extract of any healthcare qualification included in the Basic Registry at the request of clients, in Hungarian and/or English.

To obtain an extract, you need to submit the following documents:

• filled out and signed application form
• copy of the valid passport/ID card 

The application can be sent:

• by post to P.O. Box 270, H-1444 Budapest, or
• by e-mail to omn@okfo.gov.hu, or
• in person at our customer service during office hours.

The maximum administration deadline is 30 days from the receipt of the application. The time required for any possible completion of missing information is not included in this deadline.

The procedure is free of charge.
