The National Directorate General for Hospitals (NDGFH) is responsible for the authentication of medical reports to be used abroad.

You need to submit the following documents in the procedure:

  • Application form filled out by the Applicant
  • Medical report which requires the authentication
  • Signature sample filled by the doctor who issued the medical report

Please note that our Authority can authenticate medical report which was issued by a doctor with valid operational registration.

The administrative deadline is 60 days. The procedure is free.
