Certificate of non-registration

The certificate of non registration confirms that the healthcare worker is listed in the Basic Registry but he/she has never been registered in the Operational Registry. Therefore the healthcare worker is not entitled to pursue the healthcare activities in Hungary. 

To obtain the certificate, you need to submit the following documents:

• filled out and signed application form
• copy of the valid passport/ID card 

The application can be sent:

• by post to P.O. Box 270, H-1444 Budapest, or
• by e-mail to omn@okfo.gov.hu, or
• in person at our customer service during office hours.

The maximum administration deadline is 30 days from the receipt of the application. The time required for any possible completion of missing information is not included in this deadline.
