The fee of the procedures of the operational registration:

  • First registration: 4000,- HUF
  • Renew the operational registration: 1000,- HUF
  • Issue the certificate of the valid operational registration: free
  • Registration of the new qualification: 1000,- HUF
  • Extend the operational registration (prolongation because of child-raising allowances, incapacity due to illness, etc.): 4000,- HUF
  • Registration after cancellation: 1000,- HUF
  • Change in personal details: free (if you need to replace the card of the operational registration because of the changing datas: 1000,- HUF)
  • Replace the card of the operational registration: 4000,- HUF
  • Declaration of pursuing the health activity with supervision: free
  • Cancellation from the operational registration: 4000,- HUF

The National Directorate General for Hospitals issues operational registration card only those healthcare professionals, who have a valid operational registration and want to effectively pursue the healthcare activity in Hungary.
